2006 BROCHURE HIDDEN LAKE OUTPOST
Hidden Lake Outpost was built from pre-cut six inch logs flown to the campsite from Gimli, Manitoba over 200 miles away. This camp is 24×41 feet in size with plenty of room for your group.
The camp features a large kitchen with a 4 burner LP gas stove, oven broiler, a gas refrigerator/freezer, large LP chest freezer, and a large living room including a wood stove for your heating needs. Also attached is a 10×24 feet wide enclosed deck where we have installed an LP gas grill. For your comfort, Hidden Lake is furnished with native pine dining tables, chairs and sofas. The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, pots and pans. Hidden Lake also has a hot and cold indoor shower as well as two bedrooms that contain handmade native pine bunk beds and mattresses. Remember to bring your own sleeping bags, linens and towels. You must leave the cabin as clean as you found it or a cleaning fee of $100.00 will be added to your bill.
The camp is equipped with LP gas lighting and a gravity water system for your water needs. As a final touch we have installed a radio telephone for emergency use 24 hours a day to contact the Lodge. This gives you a sense of security with the ability to call home or for a plane in case of an emergency. Our cabin on Hidden Lake is the only cabin on the lake. That insures your privacy and trophy fishing opportunities.
The camp is equipped with S-14′ Lund boats which are the same width as 16′ Lunds and powered by 6 HP Yamaha outboard motors. There are enough boats at the camp to insure you are fishing only two fishermen per boat. The camp also has a 17′ canoe for the many portage trips that are available from Hidden Lake. We furnish swivel boat seats, cushions and landing nets but BRING YOUR OWN LIFE VESTS.
